Introduction

By using SL Driver’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking any services with us. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and our obligations as your service provider.

General Terms

Booking Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after completing the booking process.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rates.
Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured, but customers are responsible for any damage caused by their actions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.
No-show or Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled trip or fail to show up, a cancellation fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Behavior: We expect all customers to treat our drivers and vehicles respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.
Damage to Property: Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), SL Driver reserves the right to cancel or alter the service.
